After announcing the T-Rex 2 back in May this year, Amazfit has launched a new smartwatch called the Amazfit GTR 4. This was done at its IFA event, and it was announced alongside another device called the GTS 4. The Amazfit GTR 4 is coming as a successor to the GTR 3 introduced last year.
Designed with a metallic middle frame, stainless steel navigation crown, the watch has a large 1.43-inch HD AMOLED Display. It also has a 200+ watch faces and Always-on displays. The device offers an improved GPS positioning, 150+ sports modes, feature Bluetooth calling and standalone music playback.
It is said that, the smartwatch feature industry-first dual-band circularly-polarized GPS antenna technology for precise positioning, unimpeded by environmental or multi-path interference. It said that this will be 99% as accurate as handheld GPS locators and supports five satellite positioning systems at launch, and can be used to track real-time GPS movement. In future, users will also be to import route files and navigate them in real-time, directly on the display.
The health features of the watch includes 24H Heart Rate, SpO2 & Stress Monitoring, Test 4 Health Metrics in 1 Tap, Track Sleep Quality and Daytime Naps. The watch also comes with a built-in Alexa offline voice assistant.
