The OPPO K9 Pro is an upcoming smartphone that is expected to be unveiled in China soon. The device is coming as an improved version of of the OPPO K9 which debuted a few months ago. It was recently spotted on Geekbench and the listing revealed the chipset and RAM.
The device was listed with PEYM00 model number, the same number that was during the TENAA listing recently. According to the listing, the OPPO K9 Pro will be powered by MediaTek’s MT6893Z/CZA processor that includes four CPU cores working at 2GHz, three CPU cores clocking at 2.60GHz, and a prime core ticking at 3GHz.
The listing also revealed a 12GB of RAM and Android 11 OS. The OPPO K9 Pro in a single-core testing, scored 819 points, while the multi-core testing showed a score of 2494 points.
As for the spec details, the device comes sporting a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The device comes with a body dimension measuring 158.7 x 73.5 x 8.5mm and has a weight of 180 grams. It comes powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. This is paired with 8GB and 12GB of RAM, while having an internal storage capacity of 128GB and 256GB.
For the cameras, OPPO, blessed the device with a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and a combination of 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple rear cameras. It is expected to come in Glacier Overture, Obsidian Warrior, and Neo Silver Sea color options. We may likely see the sales of the device, starting from Sept. 24 in China.
