I have been on GOTV MAX Subscription for a time now… Mu subscription expired 2 days ago..
Having heard of the GOTV SUPA, I decided to go for it.
on the eve of TUESDAY 14TH Dec.2021, I subscribed for the GOTV SUPA via my Zenith Bank Account.— my IUC No. is 7034876225… until I have not seen the items of this package… they still gave me the usual GOTV MAX…. WWE, MAGIC NUOVELA and all expected of GOTV SUPA are not given to me…
PLEASE LET ME HAVE THIS GOTV SUPA… I HAVE PAID NGN 5,500:00.

I am on gotv supa but the pop up channel which is channel 29 is removed.
Besides, other channels that I am supposed to have are scrambled.
I want yo believe subscription should be automatic. The may reason gotv came into existence. I’ve been on gotv max too. Just wanted to try out the supa, so I paid 5500 from FBN 21/12/21. Instead I still got Max subscriptions. My IUC no is 4601621290.
I’ll appreciate if they are numbers one can call to correct this madness from gotv. Na as your pocket enter for gotv. So I dont understand. Before now the Gotv max with cut off all channels n leave only 10 working, with no apologises what so ever. The main reason I stopped to subscribe. If you no the pay is not automatic to the subscription, then let it not go thru, so we know we need to come to the office to upgrade. Total madness.

I just bought go tv newly. I just subscribe to Max and I discovered I’m not getting the desired stations. Is there anyway I can add the balance to get go tv supa?

On Sunday 20th March 2022, I subscribed Got Max #3,600.00 + bank charges of #107.50 because i paid with my bank as usual. Up till now I am unable to review even a single channel.
GOtv company has started extortion, I will sue them.
Hmm, about to subscribe for GOTV SUPA I hope all this complains has been resolved and not repeating it’s self, the issues of subscribing for SUPA and MAX was giving, bank issues and missing of channels on SUPA, I hope to get what am paying for.
