Earlier in May this year, we saw Tecno Mobile unveiling the spark 7 series. Then in August of the same year, the Transsion Holding brand, silently released a successor the Spark 8 to the device. Now a new variant and a successor to the Spark 7P has emerged in a new render. Not only was the image of the new device shared, we also get to see detailed specs of the upcoming Spark 8P.
From what was shared via the render, The Spark 8P is expected to feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ waterdrop notch display, with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. It has a ridged back design and comes in four color options that include Turquoise Cyan, Atlantic Blue, Iris Purple and Cocoa Gold. On the back, is a triple camera setup with the main sensor expected to be 50MP.
The Spark 8P is expected to be powered by the MediaTek (MT6769) Helio G70 processor. This will be supported by the AMR Mali G56 GPU clocked a frequency of 820Mhz. The phone will run on Android 11 OS and pack a 5000mAh battery.
The Spark 8P is expected to be paired by a 4GB of RAM and a 128GB internal storage. It is expected to house a right-hand side fingerprint scanner. Before now, the phone has been previously seen in a Google Play Console listing with specs that match the new leak. No word yet on the official launch date.
