Doogee has introduced a new addition to its Series of device that include the S98, S98 Pro and S98 Ultra. These devices are coming as the company’s latest rugged smartphones. The S98 is now official and here is the spec details. From what was reviewed, the phone features a 6.3-inch LCD IPS FHD+ Waterdrop Screen display, with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 Pixels. It comes with 19:9 aspect ratio, and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
The phone has a body dimension measuring 172×82×15.5mm and weighs 320 grams. It is powered by Octa Core MediaTek Helio G96 processor, clocked at a frequency of 2.1GHz. Running on Android 12.0, the phone comes paired with 8GB RAM and has 256GB of storage. The storage can be expanded up to 512GB use a memory card. It comes packing a 6000mAh battery that supports 15W wireless charging and 33W Type-C fast charge.
