Oppo has unveiled two new devices in its A series called the A76 and A96. Both devices which are powered by Snapdragon 680 processor, feature a 90Hz refresh rate. As per the specs, the Oppo A96 comes sporting a 6.59-inch FHD+ LCD display, with a screen resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels. Sporting a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, the device measures 164.4×75.7×8.4mm in dimension and weighs 191 grams.
As mention above, the A96 comes powered by an Octa Core Snapdragon 680 processor, that is supported by an Adreno 610 GPU. This is paired with 8GB of RAM and has 128GB worth of internal storage. The storage can further be expanded using a memory card. It comes running on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 and packs a 5000mAh battery with 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging.
As per the cameras, the Oppo A96 comes sporting a 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. On the back, is a combination of a 50MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, and 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The phone supports Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou and USB Type-C.
