Tecno has announced that it will be launching the Spark 9 smartphone on July 18th in India. The 6GB RAM + 5GB virtual RAM device according to the company, will be the first phone that will offer this much RAM under Rs. 10,000. It will be coming as a direct successor to last year’s Spark 8. The new device comes with a refreshed design, featuring the trendy right-angled edge build and upgrades in some areas.
The Tecno Spark 9 has already been introduced in Nigeria and the smartphone features a 6.6-inch HD+ display, with a 90Hz refresh rate. It comes running on Android 12 with HiOS 8.6 and it’s powered by the Helio G37 SoC. The phone features 128GB of storage and packs a 5000mAh battery. It will be available in Sky Mirror and Infinity Black colours.
The phone will be sold exclusively on Amazon India after the launch next week.
