The Infinix Hot 12 Play is the company’s latest device and a successor to the Hot 11 Play released back in Noverber 2021. It is coming as the latest addition to the Hot 12 series. The new phone comes sporting a 6.82-inch HD+ IPS LCD display just like its predecessor. The device features a screen resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels. It has a body dimension measuring 170.47 x 77.60 x 8.32 mm and weighs 194.9 grams. The phone has a Glass front, Plastic back as well as a Plastic frame.
Powered by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor, that is clocked at 2.3GHz, the Hot 12 Play runs on Infinix own XOS 10.6, which is based on Android 12 OS. This is supported by the PowerVR GE8320 GPU, while packing a 6000mAh battery with USB Type-C Charge. According to the company, the phone can deliver up to 120 Hrs of Music time, 21 Hrs of Calling time, 8 Hrs of Gaming time and 60 Days on Standby mode.
The phone is paired with 4GB of RAM, which can be expanded up to 7GB. It has a storage capacity of 64GB that is expandable up to 512GB, using a memory card. As for the camera setup, the Infinix Hot 12 Play is equipped with a 8MP AI front facing camera. On the back, is a 13MP AI dual rear camera, and a powerful image algorithm. For the connective, the Hot 12 Play supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and USB Type-C.
